By creating a RacingThePlanet blog account you agree and adhere to the following terms and conditions

The purpose of the blog page is to provide a welcome and useful resource for everyone that visits. The Terms and Conditions exist to ensure the blog page is used for this purpose.

Users of the blog page must not:
  • a. Post any racist, sexist, homophobic or otherwise discriminatory content in blog posts or comments;
  • b. Use the blogs for commercial communications or spam;
  • c. Upload viruses or other malicious code;
  • d. Bully, intimidate or harass any users/bloggers;
  • e. Post hateful, threatening, pornographic, violent or nude text or images;
  • f. Use the blog for anything unlawful, misleading or malicious;
  • g. Post content that infringes or violates someone else's rights or the Law;
  • h. Swear, use offensive text or images;
  • i. Use the blogs to encourage or facilitate anti-social behaviour; and
  • j. Post anyone else's personal information (i.e. contact details, bank information etc.) without their permission;

Any content that violates the statements made in point 6, or we believe to be false information, will be removed.

The opportunity to appeal will be provided if it is believed that content was removed unfairly or by mistake.

Users of the blog page must ensure that all content posted is their own or they have the required permission to use it or quote it, including pictures, logos, text and any other information. It is clear that you, the blogger, (not RacingThePlanet) are the one collecting and responsible for the information from another user.

Sixty days after the event for which the blog was established, RacingThePlanet will archive the blog, and users will no longer be granted access to the blog to edit or add posts. In addition, others will not be able to post comments.

Blog posts and comments already written will remain in the archives so they can be read in the future.

All copyright, trademarks, logos and images are the property of RacingThePlanet and may not be copied without the written permission of RacingThePlanet.

RacingThePlanet reserves the right to interrupt, discontinue, remove or suspend the whole or part of any RacingThePlanet website from time to time for operational reasons, such as maintenance, volume of use, network performance or possibly editorial purposes.

The user account holder is solely responsible for their account and password and keeping this information confidential.
