2-DAY TOUR - 25 & 26 September: Explore Marathon
- Start the day with a buffet breakfast of delicious Greek food.
- Attend a talk and presentation on the history of the marathon and long-distance running, beginning in 490 BC.
- Exclusive private visit to the Marathon Run Museum.
- Visit Marathon Beach where the Battle of Marathon took place (lunch provided).
- Visit the Marathon History Museum.
- Visit and tour of the Tumulus of the Athenians, the mass burial site of the soldiers who fought at the battle of Marathon.
- Optional 3K-5K easy sunset shakeout run or walk along the coastline.

About Dean Karnazes
