Order Freeze-Dried Meals to Pick Up in Greece - deadline 10 August

One of the key equipment items for the race is to bring your food for the 7 days of the race.

  • You must bring a minimum of 14,000 calories.
  • There are many ways to make up the 14,000 calories, but we recommend that you bring at least one freeze-dried meal for each day. Expedition Foods is just one brand of freeze-dried meals, but there are many others.

  • *Bringing food into Greece from outside the EU is not officially allowed, but if you are bringing a small amount of freeze-dried meals for personal use in its original, sealed packaging it is not likely to be a problem.
