You made it into the race director's update! Such good news that you were able to run today--it must feel so good to cover ground again like you are used to. I am sure you will continue to listen to your body so you don't set the hip back. It is a partnership between the mind and the body--gotta keep both happy. Keep it up!

Glad you are almost there! Your vision will be better once you are off the boat. Blurry vision is no fun. Especially, when you don't have wine to blame ;) I'm sure you are excited to start the trek!
