what? you finished your dissertation.......in Antarctica??!! That's productive. Ranking 23 is amazing......thinking how we all did in Gobi only 2 years back. Very proud you. Now go enjoy the time off in South America! I have never been, so please tell me more when you are back. Janice has agreed to come with me to a marathon the next year in May. I will pick up training again and start there. One step at a time!

That sounds amazing. Life needs pauses for reflection. seems like those beautiful temptations are there to give you a chance to reflect. But of course, a run is a run. Keep running!

The ship stopped in the most beautiful sea I have ever seen.

Surrounded by snow-covered mountains and icebergs. Crystal blue ice, the purest ice in the world. It would be good to take some with my choice of whisky!

God, I saw a seal family (3) on an iceberg.

The race was 2.2 km per lap. Route was tough today. Uphill, the snow was very soft, good for looking but messy for a race. We all wore spikes on our shoes. Energy consumption was

What a nice day with sunshine, but quite a strong wind.

The island is covered by snow. Beautiful scenery with the blue sky and deep blue ocean.

I saw wonderful seabirds and even those lovely penguins. Next to my run.

The most amazing experience is running in such a quiet and pure white nature. It

After Gobi March, originally I want to travel and travel to South Pole. Suddenly I thought that, why not have a race in Antarctica instead of just a visit. Then I've joined various races to get the minimum ticket to The Last Desert Race and to prepare myself with various races: Sundown 100km, HK50, Fuji Mt Marathon, Lantau 50, Sahara Race 250, Angkor Empire Marathon, Totem Run 57km, and the last...The Last Desert. Antarctica, I'm coming!
