Holly Canoli, the time is flying, almost done and it feels there is still so much to be done before you go to board the busses for our journey into the desert to Camp 1. The race officallly only starts Sunday, but new proptocols are set in place for us to do the final gear checks in Camp1. I am so excited. My bag or back pack is packed and looks like it will burst any moment. what a whirlwind this morning, run, coffee, more coffee and cycle to loosing the hips and take another sweet breath of being so close to the ocean. The fun part of going in early is we can meet the other racers hang out and eat real food before we have to dig into only freeze dried gourmet yummy food, mine is Expedition, love it and ( they are not my sponsor) but when I see a good thing I don't mind giving it the kudos it deserve. Now for anothert shower, cuz for 8 days we will shower in sand and connect with GAIA, So i will take another so my body is ready to absorb the purity of GAIA and all its energy.

So here we are after a long wait and what can i say a world that turned upside down, but my message to you is, never give up no matter what. Own your shit and do what you need to do to achieve your goals. Most of all, one thing I have learned in the last 5 weeks, is how important is laughter. Be silly, be funny be YOU. No regrets. Love hard and love often. 

I am looking forward to blog every day ( unless  I am in pieces and cannot) but I will blog and share with you the ups and dowsn of my journey. Trust me it will be a hell of a race. I cannot wait to get out there with so many like minded crazy, energetic,positve and wonderul athletes and people. Shout out to my friend, partner in crime and someone that taught me the wonder of laughter and to be silly. Amelia Henning your still are an amazing person since the day we met 35 years ag0. Thank you for what you are bringing into my life every day we have spend together.
