What a way to start 2015!
Never have I ran these much in a month.
After I signed up for the 4Desert Sahara run, I tried to download a training plan. There are many 100km or 100miles training plan, but found none for a 250km race. It made me wonder, can we even train for races like this ?
One thing for sure though, I need to pound my legs sufficiently so that what I did. The 100 miles training plan requires runner to cover around 120km a week. And that is what i did. My logic, if I can run 120km at reasonably fast pace, I can at least walk 250km.
This week, I clocked 150km. I hope this is sufficient.
