Well, having just watched South Africa soundly beat Argentina in the second Rugby World Cup semi-final, we now know that come next Saturday England will face the Springboks in the Final. All I can say is that a week later the 150 miles that Geoff, Mark and I intend on running will be a little bit less painful having watched England retain the World Cup; OR upsettingly, there won't be a word spoken between the three of us for the first couple of days!! All I can say is I hope it's the former!

Hi Chris, I just wanted to say a massive well done - I'm so proud of you boys and I know that your mum would have been overwhelmed by what you've achieved in her honour - I just think you are all totally inspiring - take care and enjoy your rest when you finally get there, lots of love Charlotte, Ian and Betsy xxx

Hi Chris, Having just read Geoff's blog, the chances of you getting this before the end of the race is very slim! Really looking forward to talking to you soon. Only a day to go! Well done- even if you can never stand to look at sand again! Love, Kat xx
