I wish I could say all done and I have the medal to prove it... but that's not the case. Namibia DID not beat

Right. I am on my way. I will talk to you at the end of the race. In 7 days time. When I have finished. When I have my medal. When I have regained my sanity.

I am underprepared. Over-injured. Overwhelmed. Excited. Overworked. Over the weight limit - my bag. I am talking about my bag!

kia kaha to you mate - great to be following your travels.........its all in ya head mate - and I still haven't got the sand out of my head from my sahara - it will always be there !!!. Go hard, go well, and pace yourself

All the best grand dad. Q: How do crazy runners go through the forest? A: They take the psycho path. Q: Why was the blonde jogging backwards? A: She wanted to gain weight! Q: Did you hear about the race between the lettuce and the tomato? A: The lettuce was a "head" and the tomato was trying to "ketchup"!
