Expecting a nosebleed from finishing in the top 20 today - don't think I've been this high up a race in quite a while?! Thanks to Willo, Hully and Frank for the pacemaking - expecting more of the same tomorrow!
The heat was searing today, the backpack pretty heavy, but don't feel too bad or apprehensive going in to tomorrow - I've made the backpack a bit lighter by scoffing more of the food, and the race is strating earlier tomorrow, so hopefully we shouldn't be out in the heat any longer than today!
