GURL!!! You made it!! I wish I was there with you and the worst is over! Just put one foot in front of the other and you can do it, you've almost made it!!! Soo proud of you!! I feel all of your pain and so glad you pushed through, it is all downhill from here. Get some rest, eat up and get pumped for the next day and the amazing dunes to come they will take your breath away. We are all cheering for you here! You can do it and you're amazing!! xxxx

My class and I think you are totally amazing and they wanted to write some messages to cheer you on. You are so inspiring to me. Whatever happens your just keep pushing your way through it. Well done! I can't even run 5km so it's amazing what you've done and remember this 'you're the youngest girl to ever run all 4 races'. Best of luck, please come to visit us. You're the best! You should keep going. You've gone so far. You've done a lot more than anyone in my class could do. You are doing amazingly and with every step just remember you are one step closer to finishing. You are extremely amazing for making it this far. You have been so good, keep going, you have gone so far. You are doing great. I can't even walk 8km but you're running 200km. It is truly amazing that you're running in the Sahara Desert in 40 degree heat. Wow! I am amazed you have done 200km in 4 or 5 days. I would collapse before I did 5km. I hope your blisters on your feet are alright and I love your perseverance. Well done Jacqui! I would never attempt this in my dizziest daydreams. I hope you are okay. You have been great so far. You have been doing a wonderful jog, keep it up. You can do this!I would barely make it for 1 hour rather than 38 hours. These children have been so inspired by you and five of them are running in the District cross country next week. I can imagine the physical pain you must be going through and the mental anguish you must feel. Sending lots of positive thoughts your way.

JACQUIE omg please make it home however which way! I have so much admiration for you! You are doing such an incredible thing and I really believe you are one of the few people that will actually make a difference in the world. Only five minutes ago I was complaining about having to walk up the stairs but you’ve inspired me to go for a swim in the pool in your honour! It’s amazing what we take for granted hey. Thanks for putting into perspective how not shit my shit day is. You’re a true hero Jacquie and they’re aren’t many people of the same calibre. And certainly not many who could endure what you have and keep going with so much strength. Can’t wait to hear all your adventure stories when you get back. Enjoy the swim in the pool at the end. I wish I could say something that will make the blisters go away, but I will just have to give you all my best wishes for now! Bethy xx

Girl, I’m beyond proud of how deep you’ve had to dig to get yourself to where you are right now. I can’t imagine the struggle you’re facing... Regardless of how tough and amazing this race is, just remember that you’re doing this because you’re 10x tougher and more amazing than you even realise. You totally have this!! 38km to go. Kick it in the ass!! Team Jacqui is behind you 100% of the way! x

Day 3 day woohoo!! It all gets better after day 3!! I laughed out loud when you said you smelt the seals - I still smell them now! And the last leg of that day where it goes on forever and looks like Mars, such torture but you're killing it. You can defs smash that 15hr mark for the long march for sure! I hope your dehydrated food is still tasting alright and your electrolytes don't make you sick. GO JACQUI!!! xxxx

WOW what a start to Day 1 - you need to start writing a book - your start was horrendous but to get done what you had to do and keep on going - the stuff legends are made of. I see that you have completed Day 2 in awesome time so am assuming no mishaps this morning. Keep it up. Your smashing this 4 desert thing!!! xxxx

When Aimee first told me you were competing in the ultra marathons I probably thought the same as her. My whole class (yr 5s)and I are following the race everyday and they are so fascinated by what you hope to achieve. Keep up the great work!
