- from MK NG Judy, you are the best!! - from Mandy

Hang in there!! it gets easier!!!! Walking too much actually makes you more tired and painful since you have little to no muscles for speed walking so you are right jogging is easier. Your quads are more tired because of your pack, you are leaning forward more and your pack will get easier and easier! remember, your body will adapt, it will get easier! Long March, eat well, drink well, stay healthy. YOU CAN DO IT!!

I finally finished packing all my stuff. Honestly, as a frequent traveler, i'm so used to packing and unpacking all the time. It's hard to believe i'm so anal re packing this time. I have done more than 15 drafts

It is Mayu of the roommate. I am not so good at English. Therefore I am sorry not to be able to talk very much. I keep three dogs. After all I quarrel. During a race, a pain should not become severe. Let's enjoy it‼️

I've been working on my packing list the whole morning. Actually, i've been working on the list for more than 2 weeks now. Somehow, it's feel like crunching P&L numbers.

Selecting and testing the right equipment is half fun. Do you know how much a ziplock bag weighs yet? Do let us know which back packs you have been looking at and how it goes with testing the alternative one. Once everything is selected be sure to carry most of the items as hand carry onto the airplane!!!
