The training towards Sahara Race is going well and after a good 2015 season im ready to get on with the quality-training this year. My coach Sondre Amdahl put together a nice "show" this week and im very happy with all six runs. In 2015 i ran 4125 km, competitions included so i feel that my body is ready for the challenges that are ahead of me with The Grand Slam. But im patient and will build my self up nice and steady in the upcoming months befor the first race.

When I saw the movie Desert Runners for the first time i thought it looked very exciting. A few months later i saw the movie one more time and decided to go for the challenge if no other norwegian had done it before. There are several norwegians that have done some of the races and Frode Lein, Gunnar F
