Missed a couple of days on the bog! (been typing emails to M!)
Day 4 - Another amazing day - scenery incredible!!!!!! Photographer is having problems with the military - not allowing him to certain places, they are everywhere.....
Starting to feel it after 4 days (probably expected) and of course waiting for the long one tomorrow.
Really happy with the way it has been going - today was definitely mind against the body. A few probs with my knee which will not be going away this week, going up is OK, going down is a little more interesting.
Thanks everyone for all the bogs and mails, great to get them and your support!!
E&B - the sheep have really big fluffy bums (they look it - have not touched!) miss you both loads!! and big thanks for your mails.
Loads people waiting...... will be intouch after the long day tomorrow.
M,E,B love you.

What a fantastic place! Some say its not hot - but it is!!!!! Very.
Day 1 was tough but it went well apart from starting off far too quick! Feeling it now... Will be taking it slower on day 2 as i now know whats around the next corner - another one...and i need to last the week.
E&B animals today; sheep, horses, lizards, camels hawks - any more swaps B? E he is still with me for the ride.
M, big big thanks!!xxx

Chris you are fantastic! I understand from your comments how important the mind is, not only muscles and fitness! I will use this interesting imformation while playing my first round of golf tomorrow since I Believe I have more mind than fitness for the moment. Keep up the marvellous spirit you have. I am cheering for you both and follow the race every day!

hello all followers of Chris! He has opted for writing emails and asked me to pass along info. He is doing exceptionally well as you can see on the results (says a proud wife). He is finding the mind game interesting and have been experiencing some lows only to 30 min later be rewarded by a high which he says feels incredible. He is truly enjoying the whole experience and is so grateful for everyones support.

Ps
Good standing!
(Since in China), "13" - its pronunciation is similar to the Chinese word meaning 'definitely living' and so is considered lucky.
Cheers again, Marcus

Jag har bytt ett vanligt fotbollskort som skjuter i bästa krysset och pappa jag har också bytt Arsenals nya målvakt.
Hej då pappa, jag vill få en bild på dina fötter!

I will follow you closely from back home with lots of interest.
Be careful and try to enjoy yourself even though you are exhausted.

Great to see that you are writing...about 50 words more than I had expected :-)
We are all so proud of you and are planning the most fantastic welcome home cake you have ever seen. B had Lukas B here yesterday so lots of swaps to tell you about. He is soo ready for summer holiday. E is enjoying next doors puppy alot and takes good care of Gus and Felix. They have class swapping day today so they see what it is like to be in the year above.
Tomas B called today and the construction planning is moving in the right direction and I have had a chat with Jesper.
How is the backpack working and the food/ weight ratio and race snacks? So missing not being able to chat to you and know every detail about feet, toes etc.
Hope your second stage was as enjoyable as the first and a little bit easier on the legs with less height meters and slightly lighter pack. Have not seen todays results yet! Say hi to Claes!
