Well finally nearly there with just a10km fun run in the morn yippee!! Having a great time :-) So totally surprised at how well we r all doing!!! Feet completely and utterly trashed. Can't walk! Limit on blog 15 mins so better go. Scenery so divine, crowd fab and atmosphere just amazing!! Bye bye a week later xxxx

In Kashgar with Shirley, Dave and James after a smooth ride from Dublin to Paris to Beijing to Urumqi to here yippee!! Sharing a tent with another 4 UK guys but heard unfortunately one is down with a stomach bug since this morn...have not heard the update....interesting country and very few tourists which makes it all the better! Cant wait for sun!! Bye xx

Have been following the race daily & am so envious of your experiences - would love to be seeing Heaven' Gate etc ... but without all that effort! I cannot believe how well you two are doing. Am v proud of you both. The photos on the web show that a major effort is going into keeping yourselves in the top 20 & being the Leading lady. Wow. Seriously impressive. Only a few kms to go and then comfort, recovery and hindsite enjoyment. Take care. Love Pam

Hi Di sorry we havent been in touch..We tried on aa number of occasions but the messages went into the ether.
