Tremendous stuff. Keep it up. Sounds as if you're enjoying it, which is quite frankly ludicrous.

You're doing amazingly - hats off to you: well keep it on actually, to cover your head from the sun! Bet it's an unbelievable experience and glad the river bed was avoided, even if it meant a steep climb (river sounded awful from last year's blog!).

The photo of Daddy's sunburn and you giving the side-eye to a goat are the favourites so far with the little ones. I'm sure you'll be pleased to hear that whoever is uploading the official photos is confusing you with another runner and keeps putting the wrong name on. We're not fooled but with a bit of luck others might be... Fantastic results so far, so glad to hear you're still feeling strong. Big hugs from here xx

The was a reason we called you Sand-man...you are built for the deserts dude. Looks like you've got the bug now and have to complete the series. You are doing really well - it gets easier as you get into the rhythm. Remember the most important thing is to look after your feet - stop to get the pebble out of the shoe or re-type after a water-crossing. As long as you have your feet, you are good to go! Good luck with the long march.

Well done you - we all sat down here and had a good look through the photos posted today, incredibly beautiful scenery but you can tell it must be such hard going. Sounds like there will be a lot of stories from camp too, can't wait to hear them.... We're all very proud of you, enjoy the experience as much as possible x PS: Happy Fathers Day. We made you some cake and I ate it after they went to bed. Would have been a shame to waste it!
