Again another bad night of sleep but we still managed to have a great 1st half. Was very excited because I know that we were going into the woods. And I really did enjoyed it. Rob and I ran most of the 1st half with Trang and Fuse and met may of our crew and new friends that we are cheering for on the way. The high ended when my ITB started to remind me of its existence. When we were a few kilometres before the half way check point, I could feel my ITB setting off some alarm whenever I ran, especially when running downhill. I looked at the time and we were making good timing at that point. So I decided to walk all the way. Didn

Being a true blue Singaporean born in the 70s, I wasn't really exposed to many outdoor activities in the nature. I am very blessed to be borned in this beautiful, clean and safe country but one thing we are missing is obviously the lack of nature around us. I am talking about mountains and beaches for example.
