Stage 1 is finished, and it was stunning! We hiked through rolling countryside, saw wild horses and eagles, and kept up a solid pace.

So here I am, sitting on my sofa, staring at all the kit and food I've prepared and packed and repacked, with huge butterflies in my stomach, thinking about the amazing adventure I've said 'yes' to.
