Well done guys!! Finally managed to comment (I didn't realise you could!) and you both seem to be doing so well. Emily keeps on ringing me since she's no one else to mither - her head shots are looking fab and a heads up dad she's interested in learning how to be a personal trainer. I'm heading off to sense tomorrow and am actually coming back a day earlier next friday (the leader dropped out) so thinking of coming straight from liverpool to manchester. I'm missing you both as I'm sat here with billy in birmingham. Can't wait for wine and a kebab/chip butty. Love you all out there xx

well done guys, awesome effort, it's brilliant following your progress and seeing pictures. The terrain looks amazing but ultra challenging I'm sure. We are thinking about you and willing you on, every step of the way. Antony's eating and drinking for both of you and missing you both. He's tried to write on the blog about 10 times and got an error message every time, you know him and technology do not mix! So I'm writing on behalf of both of us. Hope you are managing to take in the experience, so looking forward to hearing all about it. hope the remaining stages go as well as they possibly can do. Stay focussed guys, your doing unbelievable as Antony would say! Xx

Hi Everyone

Its Monday evening at 18:30. Myself & Steve finished todays stage in 8 hrs 10 & 7 hrs 44 respectively.

It was a very tough hilly stage passing through some fantastic valleys.

Nice surprise on getting to camp and Jackie checked us in and we are sleeping in Yurts tonight surrounded by

Hi Everyone,

Arrived at camp 1 yesterday at around 19:15 after a five & a half hour journey in a proper Del Boy bus. A convoy of 11 buses plus organisers & volunteers cars following a police escort out of Ulaanbaatar.

We all had a varied sleep (all seven of us in our tent) and woke at 05:00 to breakfast from our frozen dried bags of food followed by coffee and a toilet break I cannot even begin to start drawing a picture for, suffice to say, Jackie Lyons was stood over the hole in the ground and her glasses fell off and into the pit!!!

Onto todays challenge of 39 kilometres all off road with the heaviest back pack of the week (approximately 12 kg
