The highlight of today is that I just drank fermented horse milk from a local village, which had an ABV of about 5%.

Along with Bobby B, next time you're here we will enjoy some delicious beer! Perhaps even a Turducken ;) Can't wait to hear all about this. For now the DeClaras are following you and we are super proud! Love, Bey

It has been incredible, as always, to follow you on yet another ultra-marathon journey!!! It is clear that it is more than the miles you run but that, in and of itself, is just so incredible to imagine!!!! I hope that you were able to make it all that you said you wanted it to be.... enjoying the people, the environment and the culture in such a beautiful country!!! I am glad you got to connect with some old friends you have met through this crazy passion (lol) and I am sure, without a doubt, that you have made new friends. With any luck some of them will want to visit you in your new place!!! lol!! Party at Ryan's!!! Enjoy the last leg.... Looking forward to the last blog.... As I type you are probably coasting to the finish line!!!!! Can't wait for the next set of pictures!! Love you!!!!

Ryan, congratulations on the last major stage completed, conquered and behind you! I'm excited and happy for you! I think that being around so many comrades from so many cultures really is part of the lure of doing these crazy, insane ultras! You enjoy life, you enjoy people, you enjoy new experiences - always did and always will! May you always find enjoyment and wonder in the world. So- when I see you next in the remote neighborhood of Tappan, N.Y. - I will replace the fermented horse milk with some craft beer and a tasty Bourbon. All is well with the family and everyone has been inspired, once again, through your motivation and accomplishments. Hope you get some Pizza - although that may be a longshot. See you soon, Love Dad

We are reading the blogs from the last two days!!! So amazing!! No words can express the feelings I am feeling knowing that you have found the strength and endurance every day to get out there and do it again!!! You are an inspiration to all of us who know you and love you !! I hope the weather has improved and that it won't ruin the last days for you!!! You should glide triumphantly through the banner on the last day and feel the power of your mind over matter!!!!

Congrats on completing the Long March. I read your blog and found it fascinating how your mind, not your body, was the key in accomplishing so many, many miles. Well -it's 4:30 pm ny time right now -on Friday - so that means you are probably just starting out on your last long Stage. Give it your all as you always do - I imagine you will have a euphoric feeling on your last day! Deservedly so! What can I say = but the entire family really admires your strength and perserverance -You are meant to do great thigns in your lifetime - you are only beginning to make your mark in this world.- talksoon

I will have the girls (and little Charlie as well) do a sun dance for tomorrow. In the meantime, or just in case, think of all the football games we played in the rain at Royal Oak. Granted we were MUCH younger , but somehow LESS crazy.

Keep it going champ - if your idol Forrest could survive that rain storm at sea, you can conquer it in the scenic confines of.. Mongolia. Rach and I have been tracking your progress every day and are super proud & impressed. Sent you a few texts but sounds like reception / WiFi may not be on point. For your next race I found the perfect freeze dried meal - your two favorites in one: https://www.ebay.com/i/122734110466?chn=ps Good luck on the next stages - just don't wind up like the The Critic after he ran the marathon: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoVtehl38wM

Ryan, you are amazing. It would take me a week to walk/run just 1 stage. Just in case you need any further incentive to do your best, here is my offer-$2 per mile you run and $150 bonus if you finish in the top 10. However you finish, any amount you achieve will be donated to The Fab For Life Foundation. Hopefully I am starting the ball rolling. Lets see if anybody else picks up on it. Greg Fox
