Well all the training is finished and Im ready to go.  More then a little nervous about the temperatures we are about experience but no going back now.  Thanks to everyone who has donated to our charity, It has been greatly appreciated.  China here we come!!!!!!!!

Just back from two weeks in Egypt training and heat aclimatising.  This incredible feet was achieved by lots of sightseeing and consuming ice cold local beer.  After this I thought Id better run 10 miles on Sat and Sun with a 12kg pack to gauge fitness.  My legs still hurt  :(
