I'd love to respond you guys comment one by one, but people are making long long line to use computer, so
maybe I just say thank you for you guys all comment, and those are definetly leading me to the final stage.
My third and forth were not easy for me because my left knee start hurting badlly.
This injury is my old stuff from training and other race, hopefully it will stay still so that I can finish this big one no matter my timing goes.
Yesterday, Stage 3, was a hard day, many people pulled out from the race including my tentamate and hotelmate, Uchida-san.
I have no idea how to behave to those people who try hard and make an execellent effort to complete this taugh race together.
But I should say thank you to Uchida-san that he gave me his toothbrush which I was looking for badlly...
Team Imamura is doing amazing job as well. Tajima kun got a little hurt on his thin, but his guts never stops fighting.
Kina-kun's cheerleading in every morning became huge event now. His presentation got improved!!
Oh, Imamurasan got home now. I gotta welcome them!

Second stage was even harder…
First of all, thank you for all who gave me e-mail and comment! Those are sweet and inspiring!
Shana –san, we talked about you guys a lot here in Atacama, how amazing you are and how sleepy you are..
I’m following your foot step literally! Atacama is amazing like you said!
Micchi-san, sabaku race ni modotte kitara, Sahara race nokoto ga sugu saikin datta youni omoemasu!
Konkai ha daremo sekisyokutou wasurete kimasen deshitayo!
Chibe san, arigatougozaimasu! Imamura san ya Kina kun tachito Sahara de sitayouni, tentai kansoku siteimasu! Sahara ganatukasiidesu!
Sandy-san, I talked with Rita about Sandy-san yesterday! It’s secret about what we talked about!
Tteiuka, tornado ha maji desitayo! Nimotu ga tondeikimashita! Suzuki san ha zannenn deshita. Tyoushi ga yoku nakatta youdesu…
Oh, one thing I forgot to say was when I re-pack my stuff after competitors check-in (this was mistake), I didn’t put my tooth brash into bag…
This is shame and the worst mistake I have made for the last 10 years!!
But when I asked people if they have extra brash, amazingly some people intentionally don’t carry it with them…
Well, now I have to live with that, and my finger brash doing really good job!
Sorry for useless information…
My second stage went well as well, but it was really really hot!!
I’m waiting for Imamura family and other Japanese to finish the line.
We are camping at a lake this time, looks beautiful with views of mountains at opposite side.
Hashimoto san is monster! He can really run! He is 59 years old, but he finished the line almost with me…
What a legend man we have here.
Maybe tomorrow, I can post something different I see at Atacama from Sahara.
Cheers!
Hiro

I'm at Atacama desert in Chile!!
I fotgot to post the blog the last night with no reason, but I gotta admit that I felt down coz I forgot to bring somethig import for me behind.
For me, Atacama Crossing meant a lot coz this race was the reason I started the desert race.
I heard the existance of the race last June from one of my good running buddy, but I never imagined I'd try to compete the Atacama within a year from my friend's tale.
But here I am in Chile about challenging one of the hardest race in the world.
As I was preparing for the race, friends from Sahara Race 2011 gave me practical tips to make the race enjoyable.
I want to thank you all of you who supported me and even inspire me from many different directions.
At Atacama, some of you may have heard that it's been raining, which is not uncommon and some said Atacama desert is the driest place on the planet. As soon as we reached the tent last night, we got expected rain shower. Probably we will get something expected and unexpected from great nature, but that's one of the fun part of this type of race, I guess.
Here in Atacama, as I expected a lot, the stars are amazing! I found the southern cross very easily on the milky way.
I wish I could post the views of full of stars...
Talking about my first stage, I did okay, I just took easy on the rocky course.
If interested in the result, you might be able to check on the homepage of the racingtheplanet.
The following is some breaking news you might wanna know aroud us:
> Tornado hit my tent and imamura-san tent, and it ALMOST took everything away.
> Team Imamura is in good shape! They look much stronger than at Sahara Race though Tajima-kun was on his first 4 desert race, he follow imamura-san's tale closely.
> Kina kun cheerleads us like he did in Sahara! but he brings us funny story like he lost his camera or cooked mochi himself on the fire. Real tagh guy!
> All Japanese competitors made the goal line safely, and as we did in Sahara, we cheers other competitors with drum and some noise after our own race.
> Many competitors from the last Sahara race!
I will update the blog tomorrow too, time is limited!
