Glad the training is coming to an end. Not because of the physical reasons but because me and Tony are fed up reparing or replacing our rucksacks(Many thanks to Tracey at Salomon, I'm not selling them on ebay if your thinking that, just replacing broken ones). Does everyone else have the same problem, they are as they say 'Race bags' and do not stand up to months of jogging

Just having breakfast before starting two more days training. 15M today and 20M tomorrow. hope the British weather holds out.
