Routine and fatigue. Routine just doing another race, stage, Atacama. Fatigue, from going through the same course again and the worn down body from a years worth of activity. Let it not just become another race on the way to the Grand Slam. Be out there because you love it, because you want it, because you feel it - enjoy the journey itself. And think about that when you arrive we are just going to get started with MesaStila... ;-) you will do awesome, hang in there!

Now is noon time at VN, 2AM in Copiapo' Atacama Chile. Today will be sunny there as usual I suppose :) 14oC sunrise will be 7:15am sunset 7:41pm according to accuweather :) This morning on facebook chi Tieu Phuong raise a challenge for anyone who wants to join Ultra Trail 100km at Mongolia (http://ms2s.dk/) which will take place on 02/Aug 2017. The result of VMM 2016 is so good thus definitely a plenty of runners will join that challenge, so next VMM will miss some tiger-cheetah champions :) See. All of us are heading to you, miss you, and wait for you to wake up, prepare well and 5ting :) Be strong and back to us end of the day, tell us whole story with smiles. (i wish not pain and tear today). I miss your smiles Good luck for today. With love from VN

Results are up, OK, yes that was a long day for you. You have moved up to a single digit woman's placing (9th) Good job, and great job on controlling your emotions, please try your best to stay mentally strong, the hard time do not last forever, PUSH hard during the difficulties and it will end quickly. New Game, do your absolute best to stay with Ann, and more importantly you MUST stay ahead of Rhianon, Kristine, and Elizabeth. Don't forget 5 pushes a day, totally doable for you. GO GO Go Super proud of you. DGG

Congratulations day two is complete, good job. The results are not up yet, so no comments there. I would prefer to read it was a "hard day" or "wow what a challenge " as opposed to "it was a long day" I believe you get my point. Any who, please remember your physical strength is there to do this with grace. PUSH and you will be rewarded. Don't forget to swing your legs for warm up and recovery, I only say it because I do care very much. Go, Go, Go DGG

You are such an amazing character, very inspirational and proud of what you are doing. I am a triathlete and a marathoner myself, I have done many 1/2 marathons, 1 marathon, 2 triathlon and one Ironman 70.3 but with your dedication, devotion and endurance you are greater by far than anyone I known of. I watched countless ultramarathon runner videos, I hardly found, saw any asian women like you beside a Japanese who completed the Montblanc 100 in 4th place 2015. My hats off to you, I wish you all the bests to your adventurous wisdom, keep your spirit up high and enjoy the race as much as you can. Continue feeding us stories from your exciting, inspirational adventure life. Cheers!!!

Ho Chi Minh City has been long rain today, started from 4AM early in the morning (chế Tiểu Phương complained ;p when she had done first HM after one week of VMM ). After last longest rains last week, where people were so unhappy to deal with, I do hope it will not come back this week. The run challenge 160km within 30 day hosted by Thang Nguyen started today, so many runners will fight in the rain of city hahaha. Danang is still hot even first day of cold winter season hit the gate of the city. Asian Beach Sport Game also complete today after 10 days fighting. It is still quiet :) Best of luck Phuong Thanh. We are looking forward to hear from you and your stories from the desert you bring back to us. With love from VN.

SUPER PROUD of you, great start, That was exactly the kind of report I like to read. Keep pushing and you will achieve your goal. Push harder and you will surpass your expectations. Remember if the bad times come, they will not last forever, push through to that winning feeling of accomplishment and the ability to overcome. You are stronger and faster than ever. Push, Push, Push. DGG
