One year to go .... and I'm injured! No running for me a the moment, I guess I did a little too much running this year, a couple of hundred milers and a few other ultra's ... and now the achilles arn't happy. So currently I'm resting up, getting shockwave therapy on the tendons, and giving them lots of TLC.  Hopefully I'll be back out running in January, most likely a bit heavier than now.... ho hum....

Oh shucks that sucks. But lots of time to rest and recover. Be sure to REST. Although I know that is possibly the hardest thing for a runner.
