10 October 2014 02:58 am (GMT+08:00) Beijing, Chongqing, Hong Kong, Urumqi

Thank you very much for the emails and messages throughout the week – I have been reading them all along, which has lifted my spirits.

I look forward to returning home and providing an update on this epic adventure!

One more short day remaining before the celebration. Then Antarctica in 2.5 weeks.

Thanks again for all the support!

It looks like you're doin alright! You did extremely well for your age group and I'm convinced the Brittish guy (Jonty Cowan, really?) is on coke so throw his 5 hour time out :-) Keep up the intensity, eat plenty, sleep well and don't forget to enjoy the view of the stars at night.
