hallo all,
so long march done, hard and hot but great lanscapes.
today is the rest day, tomorrow is only 8km and then we can eat some real food and a beer - carnt wait.
we are all ok and in great spirits.
its been a fantastic event and a real priveledge to do with good friends.
this is my last post as we are done tomorrow.

so only the long march to go, today was tough. we had 14km of salt plane and 10 of sand dunes - they not giving this away!
we now only have 8 in our tent, 2 have pulled out.one injury and one exhaustion - its sad to see them go, everyone here deserves to finish.
dinner tonight is another freeze dried, i think its sweet and sour chicken.
generally we all good ,a few blisters but ready for our 13 hr day tomorrow.

shit that was hot!!!
day 3 finished, myself and bruce gore have calf troubles but not too bad.
today was dune after dune and this really crusty rocky terrain, was about 43 degrees and little wind too coolus down.
everyone is feeling fine and in good spirits, 2 to go and then the last day wich doesnt count.
freeze dried chicken korma for dinner, needs alot of salt.

well 2 done 4 to go.
today was long!! 45KM IN 7.5HRS. we went ok, nutriation was good so finished strong.
got back to our 10 man tent that you could ski done its so steep.
tomorow is 42km and 3rd day is always a challenge.
we got some amazing pics today, the terrain was really scenic.
write agin tomorrow.

34km hot ,dry and too many hills, feels like we on the moon-very baron and rocky.
we all feel ok but its only day one.
