Getting ready to go to work

Working at my other desk

Will this has been a difficul week.  I rolled my left ankle and twisted my lower back.

Did my own medical care and treated myself with some meds.

Left ankle is still tender but not broken.

I did get some jogging in to see how the ankle is holding up.
