Hi, Kevin, Just want to drop you a brief note to tell you how relieved and happy we are that you finished the incredibly tough Stage 5. Congratulations. You are tough as nails. Best of luck tomorrow in the final stretch. Hope you are not hurting too badly. Keep your eyes on the prize - the finish line. What an achievement that will be. Good wishes and lots of love, your Mom.

Hi, Kevin. Happy for you that you finished another stage of this very challenging race. Dig deep, walk not run tomorrow. Don't worry about time, just keep your mind on the finish line. Stay strong. You can do it, Ironman! However, listen to your body and be safe. We all here wish the race updates were more frequent. Today only one this morning and one a few hours ago. Good luck tomorrow. Take care. You are getting close to the finish line. Love you, Mom

Congratulations Kevin for finishing today's very tough race! Sorry to hear about your hydration problems as well as the destruction of your fine shoes and even finer toes! But happy to know you are smart to concentrate on finishing this grueling race instead of taking big risks for fast times. That's very smart and I applaud you. Half way there now. Take care and stay safe. Funny about the dogs running with the competitors today. Nice of you to share your water with one of them. Best wishes for tomorrow. Wish I could make your pain and soreness go away. Lots of love from Minnesota to you in Atacama land.

Your results (#27th overall) don't make it look like you felt like the nail. Good Job on Stage one! Keep up the hard work.
