3 Danes flying out of Copenhagen tomorrow - can't wait. Can't wait to travel across the globe with my racekit on my back. Can't wait to finally get going. Can't wait to meet you guys - the other competitors. Can't wait to arrive safe with ALL my racekit and essentials. Can't wait for my backpack to get lighter as the days passes. Patches and me had a war. I won but it was a hard fought battle. As I have no skill with a machine, I hand-sewed the ones to my down jacket and my running shirts. I used Gorilla Glue on my waterproof jacket. Yes I became one with the jacket and glued fingers together. But in the end it all worked out. Good luck and see you soon in the desert :)
