Fantastic Liane almost thru the 77km hope your having a good but short rest before the last 17km so very proud of you my girl.I thought some of the other adventures you've done were difficult but this one tops the list.lots of love stay strong for the last stage mum& the gang.

So it T-1 and we are settled in camp one..spirits are high, we got to see the start line, honestly looks like we are start by running off a cliff, but all the same excited.

We were reminded to bring a meal for dinner tonight, I swear its like the last supper before we live off dry food for a week

I like it Liane. I had the same questions when I tried this run last year. Why Not. I know you can do it and I know you prepared well for it (even though I do not know you). it is a serious endeavor but the benefits are great. Please don't end up like me with a broken foot nearing the end of day 3 and not get to finish. Take good care of yourself and learn to enjoy going at your own pace so you can finish and enjoy.
