Great day. Happy to be done though. It was just desert and sand dunes. We had to crawl up the dune, so was literally clawing my way up.

I saw one yellow lizard and nearly had a heart attack

Well done Lara - excellent performance . Seen a number of photos where Andy seems to be smiling - very bizarre - perhaps it is a grimace. Pass on our best wishes to the old boy also. Hey mum, i see you've been placing, so much for complaining about being labelled as a contender. One thing that got me through running was jumping in rivers so i guess find rivers to motivate urself. Adios i gotta finish my pizza.
