Atacama is amazing! The sand is 18 inches deep; the sun is blazing hot! Day 2 we did over 20 river crossings in a slot canyon and ran down a sand mountain with so much sand it did not leave footprints. We are surrounded by volcanic mountains. The course is extreme and challenging.

Mark, You did it I saw that you were 43 out of 106. That is incredible. So proud of you. I hope you are comfortable this evening, have great conversation with new friends and have a happy sleep.
