Changing or Canceling an Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, you may do so only until you enter your credit card details. Once you’ve hit the “Continue” button after entering your credit card details, you cannot amend your order, so send us an email right away. If you haven’t hit the “Continue” button, you can easily make changes in the shopping cart. Please go to “Contact Us” located on each web page or to the Help Center and drop us a message requesting a change to or cancellation of an order.

Customs
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO TARIFFS, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND ASSOCIATED ASSESSMENTS. Inquire locally. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser.  Note:  All orders are shipped from the headquarters in Hong Kong.

Shipping
Shipping anywhere in the world is US$10.  All orders are shipped directly from Hong Kong via the regular postal service using registered mail. If you live in the United States and Europe most orders should get to you in one - two weeks; if you live in Asia, orders should arrive in less than one week; and if you live in South America or Africa, the orders will take a great deal longer unless you select to use an international courier service.

To return an item to RacingThePlanet, please follow these steps:
Place in large envelop or box up the item(s) you’re returning, and use the original invoice to explain in detail the reason for the return/exchange.
