Jason Eng,
Singapore

Jason is a videographer and editor based in Singapore. Jason returns as the official videographer for his fourth 4 Deserts event. As part of the Multimedia Team during the Sahara Race (Egypt) 2006, Jason will provide the video content for the live website as well as film the entire Sahara Race 2006.

 
 
 

Masashi Fujisaki,
Tokyo, Japan

Masashi is a systems engineer and a photographer whose pictures are often published in running magazines in Japan. He competed in the Marathon des Sables during his final year of university and took photos during the race using a single lens reflex camera borrowed from his father. Since then he takes every chance he can get to photograph nature and events like the 4 Deserts. Masashi has photographed during the Gobi March 2005 and 2006, the Sahara Race 2005 and competed in the Atacama Crossing 2006. He joins the multimedia team of the Sahara Race 2006 to photograph.


Michael A. Shoaf,
Hong Kong, China

Michael's day job is running international operations for a US cargo airline dealing with extreme situations all over the world. Mike has traveled to over 100 countries for both work and pleasure. Mike will be part of the Multimedia Team as a photographer and assisting with all multimedia and communications throughout the event. Mike completed the Gobi March (China) 2005 and was official photographer for The Last Desert (Antarctica) 2006 and photographer for the Gobi March (China) 2006.
