Tent Assignments
Competitors will sleep in assigned ten-person tents. Each tent has been named for historical or modern-day tribes that have roamed, grazed or settled in the Western desert. Tentmates have been carefully chosen taking into account languages spoken, friendships or teammates, country of residence and work background. The tents are arranged to provide competitors with the opportunity to meet diverse and interesting people from around the world. Many long-lasting friendships start in the tent and great effort is put into making sure each competitor has a rich experience.
