The overall winner of the Sahara Race 2005 is Ray Zahab of Canada, Terri Schneider of the United States won the women's division and Team Illinois (Joel Burrows, Nancy Fudacz Burrows and David Kuhnau of the United States won the team division. Final Results will be posted shortly.

Stage 6 – The Pyramids

Today ends the Sahara Race 2005 and our web coverage. Pictures and video will still be uploaded over the next couple of days so please keep coming back.

Stage 6 is a final 10km from the base of the sand dunes, out of the desert with a grand finale at the base of the Sphinx.
